November 4th, 2011
 Okemos, Michigan

The Batterer Intervention Services Coalition of Michigan (BISC-MI) invites you to participate in our Fall Stone Soup Gathering on November 4, 2011 at the Okemos Conference Center, 2187 University Park Dr, Okemos MI 48864.

We will meet from 9:00am-4:00pm to celebrate the work we do and hear from our batterer intervention program (BIP) colleagues as they share favorite and effective tools and activities used in group work. The day’s interactive format will allow us to share ideas, think creatively about utilizing new interventions,
discuss challenging issues, evaluate current efforts, and improve the work we do with batterers as we work on achieving perpetrator accountability and victim safety. We especially hope that those who facilitate BIPs will attend; but we also welcome any service providers who work with victims, batterers, children, families or the legal system.
